1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the BGW69 website, mobile application, or any related service, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to comply with them. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the BGW69 platform.

BGW69 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the BGW69 platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the BGW69 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the BGW69 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. In the Philippines, the legal minimum age for casino-style gambling is 21 years old, in accordance with applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. BGW69 strictly enforces this requirement.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your location before registering.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of BGW69, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the BGW69 platform or any affiliated gaming service.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of BGW69 services, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must update them promptly if any information changes.

• Each player is permitted to hold one account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
• You must provide a valid email address and Philippine mobile number during registration. These will be used for account verification, transaction notifications, and customer support communications.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BGW69 account credentials, including your username and password. BGW69 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify BGW69 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any breach of security.
• BGW69 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the BGW69 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). BGW69 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at BGW69's discretion.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your BGW69 account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• BGW69 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• BGW69 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any deposit or withdrawal.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. BGW69 may require you to submit a government-issued ID, proof of address, or other documentation before processing a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your BGW69 account.
• BGW69 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the FAQ section. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status of your account.
• BGW69 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of anti-money laundering (AML) checks or other compliance reviews.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

BGW69 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out below.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• BGW69 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. BGW69 reserves the right to withhold or void bonuses where it determines that a player is exploiting promotional offers in bad faith.
• Winnings generated from free spins or free bets may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• BGW69 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus amounts and associated winnings if it determines that the bonus was claimed in violation of these Terms or the specific promotion terms.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the BGW69 platform operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. BGW69 is committed to providing a transparent and honest gaming environment for all Filipino players.

• Each game on the BGW69 platform has its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on the BGW69 server, the server record shall be deemed authoritative.
• BGW69 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has materially affected the outcome.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions.
• BGW69 does not permit the use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tools designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the BGW69 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Attempting to access the BGW69 platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or under false identities.
• Using the BGW69 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of match-fixing or game manipulation.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the BGW69 platform software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing BGW69 staff, support agents, or other players.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.

8 Responsible Gaming

BGW69 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we provide a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their BGW69 account. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: BGW69 allows players to set session time reminders to help manage the amount of time spent gaming.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of varying durations, up to and including permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the BGW69 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the BGW69 platform without the prior written consent of BGW69.
• The BGW69 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of BGW69. You may not use these marks without the prior written permission of BGW69.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, BGW69 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the BGW69 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or interruptions to the BGW69 service.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information or content published on the BGW69 platform.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.

BGW69 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that defects will be corrected. The BGW69 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

BGW69 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the BGW69 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

BGW69 implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data, including SSL encryption for all data transmissions. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and BGW69 cannot guarantee absolute data security.

BGW69 will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to third parties except as required by applicable Philippine law, as necessary to provide the BGW69 service, or as described in the Privacy Policy.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

BGW69 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Conduct that BGW69 reasonably believes is harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.
• At the request of the player, including self-exclusion requests submitted through the Responsible Gaming tools.

Upon account closure, BGW69 will return any verified real-money balance remaining in your account, less any amounts owed to BGW69, subject to the completion of all applicable verification and compliance checks. Bonus balances and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

You may close your BGW69 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the date of closure.

13 Amendments to These Terms

BGW69 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, BGW69 will endeavour to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the BGW69 platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the BGW69 platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact BGW69 customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. BGW69 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute in a fair and timely manner.

Nothing in this clause shall limit BGW69's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
